Applicability of policy

By agreeing to use the cosmic store exchanges portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on cosmicstore.com.

You may initiate the request of an exchange/return of a product if:

  • PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT;
  • THE PRODUCT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED;
  • PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE;
  • PARTS OF THE PRODUCT OR ACCESSORY IS MISSING;

Policy

  • We offer exchanges & returns within 7days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return query has been accepted by our team, we can have it picked from your given address.
  • Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • Please note that once your order has been received at the warehouse, it will go through a quality check and once approved, your exchange/return query will be processed further.
  • Estimated delivery of all exchange queries fall between 7-10 working days.
  • If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, we will make sure to have this exchanged for another product or you will be issued a store credit.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we won’t proceed forward with the query.
  • No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.
  • Store credits are non-refundable; and are only redeemable at our online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please note: no refund is applicable. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit note. Validity to use this credit note is 30 days.

You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:

  • The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.
  • The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
  • The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
  • Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
  • There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
  • The product(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
  • Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
  • We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.
  • Return of purchased products are facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners.

We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions.
